A Place I can Play Poorly

When I decided to move to Tampa, I wanted to live some place that I could truly enjoy for a long period of time. I only planned on being there for about 5 or 6 years, but during that time I wanted to only live in one location, so that I can move all of my stuff to Tampa all at once and not have to pay the moving costs of doing it again for a long, long time.
I decided to stick with Tampa rental homes. My theory was that if I looked at the South Tampa rentals and could find a home I’d enjoy living in, I could transform it into a home as though I had purchased it, even though I had not. In my opinion I could get as much from a rented house as I could from any South Tampa apartments for rent, but I would be able to have less neighbors and entertain guests more often since I wouldn’t be worrying about the loud noise affecting anyone outdoors.
Also, I am trying to teach myself the guitar. I don’t want to get myself evicted from a place because I can’t hit any good notes. That would be ridiculously embarrassing.
